Bliss Commercial Cleaning provides a quality assurance program for all of our clients. Through inspections of your workplace, regular visits with our site contact, and a pro-active approach to issues before they arise, we are able to eliminate concerns and provide you with the best possible service.

Quality Assurance Process

A member of our management team performs evaluations and unscheduled visits to your workplace. Our evaluations are shared with our cleaning staff and used as a training tool toward continuous improvement of our services.

What You Can Expect

The following items are performed by our management team during a quality assurance check:

• Visit with site contact to inquire about service and any concerns as well as follow up from previous visits
• Inspect cleaning against our cleaning checklist as completed by our cleaning staff
  
• Complete site evaluation listing any opportunities for improvement
• Follow up with cleaning staff with ways to improve service
